The Kathmandu Valley is indeed a unique valley, wearing an exotic setting. Twenty-five centuries of history. It is completely surrounded by a tier of Green Mountain walls above which to the north tower the mighty snow capped peaks during the winter. It consists of four major cities carrying great historic, artistic and cultural interest.

Nagarkot is located 30 km to the east of Kathmandu on the valley rim; Nagarkot is the favorite weekend gateway for those who seek Himalayan Scenery and rural serenity. From Nagarkot, you witness the stunning view of mountains that extend all the way from Dhaulagiri in the west past Mt. Everest to Kanchenjunga in the east. The surrounding countryside of Nagarkot is great for walking. Nagarkot is situated at an elevation of (2,175 m.) and provides a grandstand panorama of the Himalaya. You can see five of the world's tallest mountains - Everest (8,848m.), Lhotse (8,516m.), Cho Oyu (8,201m.), Makalu (8,463m.)  and many other lesser summits. The snow peaks look especially gorgeous during sunset and sunrise.

Outline Itinerary

Day 01: arrival day in Kathmandu, upon arrival our airport representative will pick up you and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: A sightseeing tour of Kathmandu. The places like:- Money temple, Bouddha stupa and Pashupati temple
Day 03: Bhaktapur sightseeing and transfer to Nagarkot for overnight – Sunset view
Day 04: Drive to Kathmandu domestic airport and flight transfer to Pokhara – Free time
Day 05: A full day sightseeing tour of Pokhara – Places like – Devis falls, cave, Tibetan refuses camp and mountain museum
Day 06: An early morning drive to Saragkot view point to see Annapurna Himalayan range and return pokhara at afternoon. – Free time

Pokhara Valley

Pokhara is one of the most unique sub-tropical valley in the Himalaya and probably in the world, where one can marvel the beauty of the Himalayan landscape and reflection of the Annapurna massif including the towering majestic peak of Mt. Machhapuchare on its beautiful lakes..

Pokhara is situated in the mid western Nepal. It is linked by the main highway of 200 km driving distance from Kathmandu, and by air approximately 20 to 30 minutes flight with a sweeping panoramic view of the mid western Himalaya. Mother nature has certainly blessed this fertile valley with outstanding scenary of the landscapes, snow capped mountains, moderate tropical climate, and beautiful pristine lakes of Begans, Rupa and Phewa.

The most stunning of Pokhara's sights is the magnificient panorama of the Annapurna range which forms its backdrop. Annpaurna massif includes Annapurna I to IV and Annapurna South.Among these high peaks it is the towering majestic Mt. Machhapuchahre (Fish Tail) which dominates all others in this range

Pokhara with its natural beauty is also a starting point of Nepal's most popular adventure destinations. Most of the trekking, mountaineering expeditions begins from this remarkable place and it's a also an ideal spot for all types of holiday makers.

Detail Itinerary

On arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport you will be received by our staff and will escort you to the Hotel, where one of AD staff or a guide will give you a brief orientation of the Hotel, Kathmandu, Trekking, do's and don't and other related information that you might require while in Nepal.

After your first night in Kathmandu, you will be well informed on arrival about the time for your half day guided sightseeing tour in Kathmandu at places of interest. Sometime, depending upon your flight arrival if it's late in the night we will do this tour in the afternoon instead of morning to give you a nice rest before you set out in our interesting tour.

From the respective Hotel our guide will pick you up at the given time, afternoon time would be idle, after lunch in Kathmandu a scenic drive in the busy area of Kathmandu leads you to the suburb where the traffic fades slowly and then just by the outskirt of Bhaktapur, the drive climbs for an hour reaches at Nagarkot, on arrival check into respective Mountain Resorts offering great views of the snow capped peaks with sunsets and sunrise in comfort of the cosy room with a view Hotels and Resorts.

Morning after sunrise over the chain of snow capped peaks, leave after breakfast for the downhill drive towards Bhaktapur for the sightseeing at places of interest inside the age-old Durbar Square Bhaktapur lies only a short distance from the capital, but it could be another planet, so great is the difference in the atmosphere and sense of history. It really feels, despite the gradual encroachment of satellite dishes, that little has changed here for centuries. After a wonderful time here, drive to the airport for the short flight to Pokhara.

As per the flight schedule, transfer to the domestic airport for the flight to Pokhara.
Half hour scenic flight brings to the stunning Pokhara Valley. Pokhara is the second largest township in Nepal and enjoys a beautiful setting beside the large lake of Phewa, Rupa and Begnas. From here are magnificent views of Mt. Maccahapuchare the famous fishtail peak, with time in the late afternoon or evening to have a look around the town which is situated on the mid-west Nepal.

These three days you will be engrossed with tour at places of interest in Pokhara with the constant panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range of mountains including the majestic Mt. Maccahapuchare. In Pokhara as per the program given:

Morning a short drive to Sarankot for the sunrise over the chain of snow capped mountains overlooking the beautiful Pokhara Valley with the Phewa Lake.

Visit the Brindabhasini Temple premises and the Seti Gorge. Afternoon visit the Devi's fall (David) or Pathele chhago, Maheswor Cave and Tibetan Refugee Camp. Morning Boat ride to the other banks of the Phewa Lake and hike to Peace Stupa return with the boat visiting Bhares Temple on the way back to the Hotel. After lunch transfer to the Pokhara Airport as per the afternoon flight time and fly back to Kathmandu.

As per the International flight time our staff will transfer you to the Airport for your final departure from this amazing country Nepal.
